Doug’s background in the industry includes skilled trades, maintenance, and construction. His more than 20 years of experience as a business owner has led him to understand the importance of building a strong team environment, which results in efficiency on the job and the ability to offer competitive pricing on each project. He takes great pride in offering quality workmanship and professional service to each and every client.
HEATHER BERGHORST
OFFICE MANAGER
Heather’s role includes sales, marketing, accounting and payroll. She loves the entrepreneurial challenge of growing a business, and working with clients to make each experience a memorable one!
SARAH VERBURG
PROJECT MANAGER
From the initial estimate to project completion, Sarah works hard to coordinate, plan, and schedule each job for the best outcome possible. Her goal is 100% client satisfaction!
FIELD TECHNICIANS
Our field techs have years of experience in every aspect of home repair and improvement. They use their skills in troubleshooting, problem solving, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall and carpentry to meet your needs, from repairs to remodels.
Larger projects have dedicated job leaders onsite, responsible for executing the project plan. This includes assigning tasks, tracking hours, and working with the project manager on materials needed. Job Leaders pride themselves on bringing each project in on budget and with the quality you deserve.
